Note regarding diagram on top of p. 18: There is some overlap in the stages. David and Solomon are 2 of Israel’s greatest kings and part of the Glory Stage of Israel, but the unraveling of the kingdom begins in their reigns so they are also part of the beginning of the Disgraceful Stage.
